How much does it cost to switch to Ralph?
There is no adoption or registration fee. Switching to Ralph is completely free. We even support you in preparing the owners' meeting for the move to Ralph and meet you and your co-owners in person.
What distinguishes Ralph from a “normal” property manager?
Our contract can be terminated at any time because we are convinced that once you are with Ralph you won’t want to go back. In addition, we make the switch from your old property management to Ralph as easy as possible for you. Unlike with most other managers, it’s completely free of charge. Ralph is also extremely transparent and always offers the owners a live insight into all things finance. The WEG administration service starts at EUR 19.99 per month per unit. However, the average asking price depends on the number of units of your property. The more units, the cheaper our service.
Ralph is mostly digital. What does that mean?
Fortunately, the vast majority of property management processes can now be handled digitally. Of course, if you prefer to receive your documents by post, you can switch your service to the classic paper form at any time without incurring any costs. Of course, you also have the opportunity to attend the annual owner meetings in person.
Are you assigned a personal building manager?
Yes, each building gets a personal advisor. We think continuity is very important. For some inquiries related to maintenance or accounting, you might be connected directly to the relevant specialists, with your advisor copied on the email.
